ring was nice but customer service SUCKED. owners were rude when i wanted to exchange for a new size and kept telling me to buy a new one. i did not to buy a new one, just wanted to exchange my ring for a different size. i saw a customers review saying they sent her a new one with a new size and unfortunately i did not get that option.

The ring is gorgeous! Definitely size up as I just bought another so that it would fit. Considering the price, I am not mad at it but to avoid extra waiting, size up 1 to 2 sizes. It will be worth the wait in the end and I plan to use the smaller one on a chain as a necklace!
